Terms and conditions with important customer information. 

Scope
The general terms and conditions govern all business relations between customers and internovis Gmbh, the operator of the shop toys-on.net.  toys-on.net recognizes no alternative arrangements, and explicitly rejects them.  Customers' alternative conditions apply only if toys-on.net has explicitly agreed to them in writing

Conclusion of the contract
By clicking on the button "Send order" you make a confirmed order of all wares in your shop ping basket.  You will receive an immediate confirmation of your order.  The purchase contract is completed upon our delivery confirmation or the delivery of the wares.

The contract text is stored.  You may review our general terms and conditions at any time on this website.  You can review your order details under "My Account". 

We may make partial deliveries where this is reasonable.  No additional delivery charges will be billed without the customer's explicit agreement.

Methods of payment
The credit card is debited on the day the wares are shipped.  Your credit card statement contains a reference to www.toys-on.net and the amount. When paying by direct debit, the name of the payment processor webtrade.net GmbH appears on your statement.  Penalty fees for rejected payments will be debited to the user's account.  Currently these are €12 for debits rejected by the user, or by the bank for insufficient funds, invalid account information etc.

Queries and claims

Toys-on.net/Internovis GmbH will respond to queries and claims within 2 business days.

Right of withdrawal

You as a consumer in the sense of § 13 of German Federal Law are no longer bound by the contract if you withdraw your agreement within 2 weeks after receiving the goods ordered.  The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of a detailed textual explanation of the right of withdrawal.  The withdrawal need not refer to any grounds, and should occur in written form (e.g. an email to support@toys-on.net will suffice) or through return of the goods at our risk.  The time limit may be met by timely despatch of your notification of withdrawal, or the goods to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of a withdrawal, goods and payments are to be returned, and possible interim benefit (e.g. interest) must be paid.  If you can not or can only partially return the goods or services received, or the goods only in degraded condition, you may be charged for the difference in value.  This does not apply when the only degradation involved consists of an examination of the goods received, as would occur in a shop .  You may avoid charges by not using the goods, and avoiding any action which would diminish their value.  Goods delivered as packages should insofar as possible be returned in the original packaging.  We accept the costs of return of wares when your order exceeded EUR 40 in value.  For orders under EUR 40, you must pay the return postage.  Please apply sufficent postage to the package; we will reimburse you the amount of the postage immediately.  Goods not deliverable in a package will be picked up at your location. 

The following types of wares may not be returned:

• Wares custom-made for the customer, or unambiguously designed for his or her personal requirements, or which by their nature can not be sent back, or which spoil quickly, or whose expiry date has passed 
• Audio or video recordings or software, if their sealed package has been opened
• Newspapers or magazines.
