Method of delivery
Delivery is by GLS.

Delivery time
Your order will naturally be processed immediately upon receipt.  Currently, your order will be posted within one business day.  Delivery usually takes a maximum of 2 to 3 business days after receipt of your order.

Delivery charges
We deliver for € 5,95 within , or € 14,90 within Europe .  All consignments as insured packages.

Billing
A bill with details of sales tax is included with the wares.

Right of withdrawal
You may renounce the contract in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, or email) within 2 weeks without specifying any reason, or through previously notified return of the wares.  The time limit begins earliest upon receipt of this explanation.  Timely despatch of the the renunciation or returned wares satisfies the time limit. 

Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of a withdrawal, goods and payments are to be returned, and possible interim benefit (e.g. interest) must be paid.  If you can not or can only partially return the goods or services received, or the goods only in degraded condition, you may be charged for the difference in value.  This does not apply when the only degradation involved consists of an examination of the goods received, as would occur in a shop .  You may avoid penalty charges by not using the goods, and avoiding any action which would diminish their value.  Goods delivered as packages must be returned.  Returns are only accepted if previously agreed and adequately stamped.  (Returns with postage due will not be accepted.)  For orders under EUR 40, you must pay the return postage if the goods delivered were those ordered.  Otherwise we will reimburse you for the postage.
