Means of payment:
The credit card is debited on the day the wares are shipped. Your credit card statement contains a reference to Internovis.de and the amount.
When paying by direct debit, the name of the payment processor
webtrade.net GmbH appears on your statement. Penalty fees for rejected payments will be debited to the user's account. Currently these are €12 for debits rejected by the user, or by the bank for insufficient funds, invalid account information etc.
 Austrian customers may pay by international direct debit. (IEDD).
